We’ve helped one of our own whose husband was shot in the line of duty. We’ve had 24 hour blogathons to fund NPWA programs. Now, we need your help to fund our nonprofit filing. The fee for filing nonprofit status is $400. This is a large sum for our group. We have many members, but only a small core group of active ladies.
Nonprofit status will give us the ability to reach more people, provide more support and resources and fund more programs that are just dreams right now. With nonprofit status, we will be able to grow our association and expand that small core group into a large, vibrant community.
This month we will have a month-long fundraiser on the NPWA forums. We need your nickels, dimes, and dollars to help us file for nonprofit status! You can donate through the link at the top of the forum page. When donating please be sure to note that it is for nonprofit status. If you would rather mail your donation send to the address listed in the newsletter or email Linda.
